Working principle
The impact crusher is a crushing machine that uses impact energy to break materials. When it’s working, under the drive of the motor, the rotor rotates at a high speed. When the materials enter into the plate hammer function area, they get broken when hitting the rotor plate hammer, and then break again when they’re back to counter device, then break when they’re back to the board from the back plate hammer function area. This process should be repeated until the materials are broken to the required size, finally they’re exhausted from port discharge.
