Components of sand washer
Sand washer is composed of impeller separator, dewatering screen, cyclone separator, reducer, slurry pump, cleaning tank, return tank, motor, vibration motor and other components.
1. Impeller separator
High cleaning degree, large processing capacity, low power consumption, and long service life. The impeller drive bearing device is isolated from water and water-receiving materials to avoid damage to the bearing due to water, sand, and pollutants, and reduce the failure rate.
2. Dewatering screen
The output from the impeller enters the dewatering screen for dewatering treatment, and the moisture content after dehydrated can be as low as 12%-15%. The dewatering screen adopts polyurethane screen. Use the steel structure as the frame material. High dewatering screening rate, no blocking, long service life, good impact resistance, wear resistance, and high tensile strength.
3. Vibrating motor
Reasonable design, excellent material selection, good efficiency, low temperature rise, low noise, and long service life. Exciting force and output are matched properly. Adjustable excitation force by adjusting the included angle of the eccentric block.
4.Cyclone separator: wear-resistant material, good elasticity
The principle of the cyclone separator is centrifugal sedimentation. When the slurry enters the separator with a certain pressure to make a rotary motion. Due to the centrifugal force, centripetal buoyancy, and fluid drag force it receives, the solid particles in the slurry overcome the hydraulic resistance and move towards the wall. And under the combined action of its own gravity, it moves downward spirally along the wall. Because of the small centrifugal force on the fine and small particles, they rotate with the slurry before they get close to the wall.
5. High-pressure slurry pump
The high-pressure vacuum slurry pump is wear-resistant and energy-saving, power-reducing, compact and sealed, and the slurry is not easy to leak. The shape of the flow part and flow state of slurry achieve the ideal effect.
6. Return box
It plays a buffering role for the wastewater discharged from the separator. When the water supply of the vacuum pressure pump is insufficient, the centrifugal force will drop, which will provide water supplement.
