Scrubber: The high-frequency ultrasonic sounder is used to generate numerous tiny bubbles through high-frequency vibration when the slurry rotates with the scrubbing shaft. Impurities on the surface of material particles or in the gaps can be removed and discharged with sewage, achieving a better scrubbing effect. The rotating shaft and rotating blades are made of imported wear-resistant 95 ceramics, which are more wear-resistant and have a longer service life.

Linear dewatering screen: The vibrator uses a box-type vibrator, and the motor is installed in a gantry style, which reduces the installation space. The space above the vibrating screen is used to install the motor, and the spray bracket can also be combined to form a sense of integration.

Fine sand recovery system: Ceramic lined cyclone uses 95 wear-resistant ceramic as the lining material, which has a wear resistance 5-8 times that of polyurethane material, achieving zero loss operation. Whether it is processing coarse-grained river sand or fine-grained machine-made sand, it can operate stably.
