Pay attention to the size and weight of the eccentric block during production, and ensure that all eccentric blocks are consistent. After the installation is completed, first measure whether the eccentric block of the vibrating screen is on the same level or whether all of it sags naturally.

It can be measured without the exciter casing. When the casing has been installed, the internal eccentric mass cannot be measured. Here is a little trick. Test run for some time, wait for the oil temperature to rise, loosen the exciter fixing screws, and the exciter will be eccentric. The blocks will sag naturally so that all eccentric blocks will naturally go down vertically.

3. The bolts of the vibration exciter are loose and severely worn

During the use of the circular vibrating screen, the bolts will be loosened due to long-term vibration, and the eccentric block will also wear out, which will cause the vibration of the vibrating screen to be unstable for a long time. Therefore, we should frequently tighten the bolts in daily maintenance, and measure the eccentric block to be generous. When the thickness of the eccentric block is different, it should be replaced in time.
