We mainly analyze the common causes of cone crusher vibration. Abnormal vibration will cause great damage to equipment, and production capacity and efficiency will be greatly reduced. The common reasons for abnormal vibration of cone crushers are as follows.
1. Too much or uneven feeding
When too much ore is fed and exceeds the load of the cone crusher, the equipment cannot crush the materials in the crushing chamber in time, resulting in the accumulation of materials and abnormal vibration. (The jumping of the adjustment ring of the multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is the most obvious manifestation of overload)
When the feeding is uneven, such as concentrated feeding on one side (one-side crushing), or large materials occupy one side and fine materials occupy the other, it will cause the machine to vibrate, and it will also cause uneven force on the moving cone of the cone crusher, which will seriously affect the service life.
2. The material is blocked or enters the unbreakable material
When the content of ore powder in the feed of the crusher is too much and is wet, because the discharge port of the crusher is small, the discharge port is often blocked, which causes the crusher to vibrate frequently.
In addition, when non-broken objects, such as iron, steel, and other scraps and large ore, enter the crushing cavity, the load of the crusher will surge, causing vibration, and even broken shafts and teeth. At this time, it is necessary to stop the machine in time to check and clean up hard debris.
3. The bearing temperature is too high
In the summer, the weather is hot and the temperature is rising. Many types of equipment will have high-temperature problems, and the high temperature of the cone crusher bearing will also cause a vibration in the equipment. Therefore, it is necessary to check whether the lubricating oil pipe is blocked or not and whether the selected grease is suitable. The lubricating oil is too dirty and needs to be replaced in time to prevent impurities from entering the bearing.
4. The tension of the spring is not enough
If a spring cone crusher is used, pay attention to the tension of the spring. The spring installed around the frame is the safety device of the crusher. When the crusher enters the unbreakable material, the support ring and the adjustment ring supported on the spring try to lift up and compress the spring, thereby increasing the discharge port and making the unbreakable material larger. The broken objects are discharged from the body to avoid damage to the parts. The tension of the spring has a great influence on the normal operation of the crusher.
5. The equipment installation is unqualified or deviated from the original position
As far as the multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is concerned, the horizontal vibration is required to be within +2mm, and the vertical vibration is within +1mm. If the installation surface does not meet the requirements, it will cause abnormal vibration such as rack swing.
It has two installation surfaces, one is the basic installation surface, that is, the installation plane of the vibration damping block; the other is the installation plane of the rack. The flatness of the two installation planes should be within 2mm, and those that do not meet the requirements can be adjusted with steel plates.
In addition, after a long-term operation of the cone crusher, the secondary concrete layer between the machine body and the foundation will become loose, and the leveling horn of the original installation will run away from the original position with the vibration, so that the machine body is in a non-level state, and the vibration will intensify. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly calibrate the basic level according to the installation quality standards of the crushing machine, so that the machine body is in a good operating state.
6. Improper installation of the coupling causes misalignment
During assembly, the coupling between the horizontal drive shaft of the cone crusher and the motor shaft should be aligned and installed according to the standard to avoid vibration caused by misalignment. In addition, if the drive shaft speed is too fast, it can also cause vibration.
7. The gear meshing clearance is too large or too small
The rationality of the gear meshing clearance will also affect the vibration of the crusher. It should be assembled according to the standard top clearance and side clearance. It cannot be too large or too small, otherwise, it will cause the vibration of the crusher.
8. Wear eccentric bushing
During the operation of the cone crusher, the eccentric sleeve drives the main shaft or the moving cone to provide crushing force, and the gap between the inner and outer surfaces of the eccentric sleeve and the main shaft and the frame bushing ensures that the inner and outer relative sliding surfaces of the eccentric sleeve are formed. Stable lubricating oil film to ensure normal operation. Once the eccentric shaft and its related parts are worn, it may cause equipment vibration and affect work.
9. The clearance between the spindle and the taper bushing is not suitable
If the clearance between the main shaft and the cone bushing of the cone crusher is too large, the operation will be unstable, which will cause the body to vibrate and generate noise.
10. The matching surface between the bowl-shaped support frame and the frame is loose
The bowl-shaped support frame is the support device of the crushing cone, and the good technical condition of its mating surface with the frame is of great significance to ensure the normal operation of the crusher. Due to the long-term operation of the cone crusher, the accuracy of the mating surface decreases, and the loose mating surface causes vibration. To solve this problem, it is necessary to restore the bowl-shaped support frame and the matching surface of the rack according to the original size standard.
